Delete your Cheeky Burrow data

Cheeky Burrow (by Oleksii Maksymov) has no sign-in: no email, no password. Your cloud save, friends and, if you allow them, your statistics are linked to random, anonymous IDs. You can delete them, and everything else, at any time.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted immediately: your account and cloud save (also for every device you linked), scores and leaderboard name, link codes, your friend code and friends, your burrow snapshot, the emotes, gifts and sleepovers you sent or received, your statistics and the crash reports linked to them, the purchase notifications for your install and your customer record at RevenueCat. Hamsters you sent on a sleepover go home, and your friends simply no longer see you.
• Not linked to you: technical events, crash reports and problem reports sent without an identifier can't be found or tied to anyone; they are deleted automatically after 90 days. Encrypted backups are replaced within 30 days.
• Kept by Apple / Google: their own purchase records (needed for refunds and restoring purchases), under their policies.

Can't open the app?

Uninstalling the game removes everything stored on your device. Without the app we can't tell which anonymous account is yours, so it is deleted automatically after 24 months without use. If you still have another linked device, you can delete everything from there. Otherwise email hello@cheekyburrow.app with the subject "Delete my data" and, if you have them, your friend code or your purchase receipt (order number). We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
